Daily walks

I have taken up a new lifestyle. I decided I don’t want to have a belly in front of me and having difficulty walking because I’m out of breath and too heavy for my legs.
I actually decided I wanted to be 85 KG when I went to Poland this summer, I was exactly 85 KG when I went to Poland for holiday.
What I did was I kept doing what I was already doing (fasting 16/8, sometimes 15/9 or other variations), but I added walking into my daily routine (1 1/2 hours) and ate less portions. And also I started taking “Optibac Every day extra” which has good bacteria, it really works (but not on its own of course.)
I think that the walking bit is the best workout for the mental and physical state, being in nature and getting the fresh air into the lungs. But I don’t just walk normally, I give interval speeds during the walk to get the heart rate and pulse up and boy oh boy I sweat a lot 😂.
It also really helps weighing every morning and every evening and document it is also helpful, it at least helps me.
Today I have lost around 16-17 KG, it is a great feeling being able to feel good when looking into the mirror and say I did this all on my own without medication, I was on the overweight side but now I’ve come out of that state 😊
This has been a long journey, it is not easy – one has to set a goal and stick to it. Not stop because nothing is changing and one doesn’t see any improvement. And also not think too much about it, just keep on going and talk to God and the universe, it may sound crazy but for me it is great and helps a lot.
God and the universe do listen 😊 I also added cold showers into my routine, I go for a hot shower and then I turn it to the coldest temperature which gives like a shock to the body and it really is lovely even though it doesn’t sound it 😊
